Save your time, reduce support calls, and increase customer satisfaction with users' guides from Epic Trends. We also provide book covers. We can produce a users' guide in online Help, Word, or PDF format.
We can provide programmers' guides in all those formats, plus XML or a documentation database in Access. However, we cannot provide examples of programmers' guides due to the proprietary nature of those documents.

.PDF User's Guide for Servers Alive!
For this project, Becky Lash, the owner, updated information from the existing Word document and turned it into three different documents from the same source files:
- Help file
- PDF file
- Help on a web site, with full-text search, table of contents, and index
Becky made a detailed comparison of the old and new interfaces to update the topics. Furthermore, she designed a product demo in Flash.

Becky Lash designed the following items using clip art and PhotoShop. She also created the brand phrase "From paper chaos to a box." The last two items are unbilled projects for a non-profit organization.
